The mystery knitting project...is done! This little bear suit is for Henry Stringer, who should be making an appearance around August 3rd. The adorable bunny is my mom's contribution - he doesn't look it, but he's knitted from head to toe.

Bear Suit

The pattern is from the book "Nursery Knits" by Debbie Bliss. (In finding that link, I just happened upon many more of her books that I will need to acquire soon!) I used Berella Sportspun D.K. yarn, in a dark blue, with off-white as an accent. The buttons are coconut, which look like wood but can go in the wash. See more bear suit pictures

The bunny pattern is from the same book, and my mom used Sirdar Snowflake yarn (double-knitting weight) for the bunny, and assorted other yarns on his ears, face and vest. See more bunny pictures
