Fishies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My plan for yesterday&#8217;s craft project had to be postponed, so we did two today!\u00a0 The first one was heavily inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.notimeforflashcards.com\/2008\/07\/parents-corner-make-this-tonight-2.html\">this fishing game<\/a>, but at the last minute I discovered that <em>none<\/em> of the large collection of eyelets I&#8217;ve amassed are magnetic, and I inexplicably have no paper clips in the entire house.\u00a0 But I did have googly eyes.\u00a0 (I have my priorities straight, obviously.)<\/p>\n<p>First, the girls painted the fish with our well-used set of watercolor paints.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3048\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3048\" style=\"width: class=\"wp-caption-text\">A school of googly-eyed fish!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We did our second project to give these a chance to dry, and then I punched holes in the tops of all the fish and Carolyn and I strung them on thread.\u00a0 We tied the strands to a stick we found outside, and, voil\u00e1: a giant fish mobile!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3054\"
