I had such fun making the flowers for <a href=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/archives\/001287.php\">my grandparents&#8217; cake<\/a> that I decided to take the class.<\/p>\n<p>Here are few of the flowers I made:<br \/>\n<center><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"gum_paste_flowers.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/images\/cakes\/gum_paste_flowers.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\" \/><\/center><br \/>\nThere were also daffodils and tulips, but those never managed to get on stems.  I have to say I really enjoy making flowers from gum paste.
