(If you know where we live, you&#8217;ll realize that walking <em>down<\/em> to Main Street really isn&#8217;t that impressive &#8211; it&#8217;s walking back <em>up<\/em> that&#8217;s the tough part!)<\/p>\n<p>Carrie enjoyed all the sights and sounds of the parade:<br \/>\n<center><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"md07_1.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/images\/md07_1.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"md07_2.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/images\/md07_2.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"md07_3.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/images\/md07_3.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"md07_4.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/sarahsthreads.com\/journal\/images\/md07_4.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\" \/><br \/>\n<\/center><br \/>\nWe spent the remainder of the day at my aunt &#038; uncle&#8217;s house, where Carrie got to play with her cousin Ben.
